South Street

Anglian Water have advised that they will be closing the South Street on Thursday 19th November to work on the water leak. They have had to apply for a road closure to do the work.

Surveys taking Place shortly for Isham Bypass

I have today received the following information from NCC

will shortly be starting non-intrusive ecology surveys on land required for the A509 Isham Bypass. To gather the optimum data the timing of these surveys is critical and ecology activity means they need to be started within the next month.

Overgrown Hedges Shrubs and Trees

Following the Parish Council meeting, the Parish Council is asking all residents with hedges overhanging footpaths to please cut these back as we have received several complaints where residents are not able to use the footpaths, or there are dangerous branches overhanging. If this is not done soon, the council will be writing to individual residents to ask them to cut back the relevant hedge etc.... Read More »
