DB Symmetry - request for further help

Just a short update and a further request for your support.

You may be aware that the Borough Council of Wellingborough recently discussed the latest planning application submitted by DB Symmetry and three of us were permitted the opportunity to speak against the development. Whilst we realised that it was most unlikely that BCW would ask KBC to refuse the application we were hopeful that they would be more forceful over some issues and support us in recommending the application was delayed until a by-pass was in place. We persuaded them to add to their proposed comments in a little more forceful way but we do not feel this be persuasive as far as KBC are concerned. So, after consideration we believe the option now open to us is to ask the Secretary of State to 'call in' the appeal and the new application. Attached are two letters which our representative, Nigel Ozier of Aitchison Raffety, has sent in on behalf of Isham Parish Council and a letter which an Isham resident has written. We would ask you also to make your own representation supporting the comments made or if you wishing selecting your own comments to make. Please ensure you include the new application reference KET/2018/0965 and the appeal reference APP/L2820/W/18/3208228 on any correspondence together with the application and appeal address - dbsymmetry Ltd, Land at Kettering South (off A509 north of Isham Kettering NN15 6XT).Letters to the National Planning Casework Unit can be emailed to pcu@communities.gsi.gov.uk with a copy to christopher.bazely-rose@communities.gsi.gov.Letters to the Planning Inspectorate can be emailed to Leanne.Palmer@pins.gsi.gov.uk.
