Station Road Bridge
As part of the railway electrification works along this section of the rail network it has been necessary to carry out works to bridge structures to ensure that the minimum required clearance can be achieved. In a number of cases, including this one, the main railway bridge requires demolishing and reconstruction.
To achieve this will require two phases of work along Station Road. The first will be to the bridge over the River Ise, next to the entrance of Weetabix, which is to be closed from the 14th to 25th January 2019. The plan showing this phase can be viewed here https://roadworks.org?tm=111858768
The second phase will be the major works to the Network Rail bridge commencing on the 25th January and being in place until the 24th September 2019. The plan showing the closure and diversion can be viewed here https://roadworks.org?tm=111860073
If you require more information about the works please contact Rebecca Hardman of Centurion Site Services on 01132 775360.
