Below is the response from Wellingborough Borough Council regarding the amount of refuse on the highway
We are aware of the situation and it is on our list of roads which we need to cover. Having said that there will be sections we may not get to safely without traffic management arrangements.

Work begins on the A45 Chowns Mill Roundabout improvement scheme on Monday 10 February.
Planned lane restrictions (roundabout will be passable)

Northants Warm Homes Fund
The Borough Council of Wellingborough are supporting the Northants Warm Homes fund to help install full funded first time gas central heating to 1,400 homes across the County.
