Friends of the Lilacs Meeting Wednesday 13th September 7.30 in the Lilacs

Hawthorn have lodged an appeal against the decision by Wellingborough Borough Council to refuse the 2 houses in the car park.

Please try to come to the Friends meeting on Wednesday at 7:30, as we will be discussing how best we can defeat this.

Resubmission of planning application at Kettering south

We have received notification from KBC that DB Symmetry Ltd have submitted an amended outline planning application for warehousing to land at Kettering South (adjacent A509/A14 roundabout).

KBC have stated that comment on the application should be submitted by the 12th September 2017, in reality they will accept comments after that date and on their website they state an expiry date of the 22nd September... Read More »

Glebe Field renovations starting 11th September

All users of Isham Glebe Field please note that work to renovate play equipment and the skateboard ramp is due to commence on Monday September 11th for two weeks until Friday September 21st. The apparatus will be out of use during this period and access may be restricted but we look forward to having clean and bright play area.

Green Lane Road Closure 4th September

Mervyn Lambert Plant have requested a road closure to allow for a new domestic gas connection to a property on the above street in Isham. It is expected that the section of road between Manor Close and Green Lane will be closed for up to four days from the 4th September 2017.
